What file types can I upload?
PDF, DWG and DXF, up to 100 MB per file. Most architectural plan exports work without conversion. Multi-page PDFs are fully supported — ScopeGen reads every sheet.
How accurate are the generated scopes?
ScopeGen is designed to give you a strong first draft based on the plans you upload. Final review is always in your hands, and most teams use ScopeGen to save time on the front end of scoping rather than start from a blank page.
Can I bring my own cost library?
Yes. You can upload your own unit costs, materials catalog and labor rates, or start from ScopeGen's regional defaults and adjust. Cost libraries are versioned per project so old quotes stay intact.
Who owns the scopes I create?
You do, completely. ScopeGen never resells your data or trains on your projects. You can export everything to PDF or CSV at any time, and delete a project permanently with one click.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — new workspaces get one 14-day trial. Add your card at checkout, use ScopeGen during the trial, and billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel.
